Superb wine and pride of the Valpolicella Classica, it comes from a careful selection of grapes put to dry in the typical fruit for about four months. Meticulous control of the grapes during drying and the right aging of the wine between barriques and oak barrels of Slavonia develop complexity of aromas and flavors, to finish harmonizing in cement tanks. Elegant, soft and balanced, it is an expression of tradition, terroir and passion.

Organoleptic notes

Ruby red color with garnet reflections. Ethereal, spicy, with hints of cherry, black cherry and raspberry, currants in alcohol, cocoa and balsamic notes. In the mouth it is warm, full, with great structure, elegant, fine and balanced.

Pairings

Excellent with game, roasts and hard and aged cheeses.
