The history and tradition of our family are epitomized in a label which has come to represent Farina's soul all over the world. Respect for our heritage is the hallmark of this Amarone, from the hand-harvested selection, the traditional withering of the grapes, the winemaking techniques to the aging in large Slavonian oak barrels. The nose and palate respect the canons of tradition, classicism, and the uniqueness of the Valpolicella Classica, with hints of cherry, black cherry, raspberry, and subtle balsamic notes for a wine of great elegance and structure.
