Organoleptic notes
The wine is straw yellow with intriguing green-gold reflections. Enveloping and intense on the nose, with tropical notes of pineapple, mango and banana, hints of tomato leaf that alternate with sweet sensations of candied citron, vanilla and hawthorn. On the palate it is rich, complex, surprisingly citrusy, with a mineral and persistent finish.
Pairings
The contrast between softness and flavor gives it a gastronomic versatility that makes it suitable both for combinations of simple dishes such as sea bass in salt, and more complex dishes such as spicy sweet and sour sauces typical of Asian cuisine.
