Valpolicella has always had a long tradition of growing white grapes along with black grape varieties. The grapes are pressed in February and are then left in contact with the marc, till the latter, having conveyed all the aromas, “separates” from the must (formation of the cap). Ageing is then carried out in small wooden casks.

Golden yellow colour. Intense and characteristic with hints of vanilla and candy, honey and cinnamon. On the palate it is complex and harmonious, sweet, enveloping, full and delicate.
Pairings
Great with any dessert. The tasting with savory and spicy cheeses, honey and mustard adds a transgressive and particular note. Served cold, it is an impeccable end to a meal.
