Red, young wine, obtained by early grapes harvested around one month after the normal maturation time. The final grape varieties are then let to ferment with Corvina and other old autochthonous vines from the Verona area. The outcome is a well structured wine with complex aromas. Both in taste and aroma the main hints are ripe fruit and spices.

Organoleptic notes
Deep ruby red colour. The nose is fruity, of black cherry, blackberry and currant, dried grass and spices. In the mouth it is full-bodied, full and soft. The tannins are perfectly balanced by the natural roundness.
Pairings
It goes well with red meats, boiled meats, roasts and medium-aged cheeses.
